Asset.McGinley, our training division, now undertakes two thirds of our training requirements in house. We’re proud of the fact that NSAR rated us as ‘good’ and in the top half of accredited trainers nationwide, in our first year of trading. We are now rated as ‘Outstanding’ Grade one in all categories and provide a wide range of training courses to suit all skill sets.


Companies face skill shortages across the growth areas of infrastructure and pressure will mount for solutions to the problem. We need to deliver better trained people to you faster to help minimise your skills shortages. We identify and bring necessary cultural changes within the industry to create overlapping skilled resource, therefore creating a multi-skilled environment.


This will further add to our capability to fulfil demand and tackle future skill gaps and shortages. With apprenticeships, NVQ2, Mentoring Schemes and leadership programmes in place,  Asset.McGinley helps ensure that we can deliver the developing skills that you need. We also run an extensive programme of competency assessment via the division which integrates with Compliance to ensure that your hired staff and operatives work continuously within a robust competency management system. Asset.McGinley will listen to your needs, and develop programmes to take advantage of transferable skills in different infrastructure sectors, including railhighways, water and energy.

Our objectives are to improve safety, maximise operational efficiency and improve knowledge to create a more proficient and qualified workforce.
