Typically we expect our interim executives to be:

• Widely experienced in their own discipline, having reached board or senior manager level with several organisations.
• Self-employed and operating as an interim manager via a limited company, registered for VAT as appropriate and have their own professional indemnity insurance cover.
• Results orientated, adaptable, have excellent leadership and organisation & planning skills.
• Financially secure and not looking for a permanent position;
• Have completed previous interim assignments for blue-chip organisations.
