Candidate Screening and Selection

We provide dedicated client teams who take personal responsibility for delivering on assignments. Our consultants undertake face-to-face assignment briefings and where possible face-to-face meetings to present shortlists.

All potential Interim Managers undertake face-to-face interviews. We assess their technical skills, communication style, commercial skills, commitment to interim management and cultural fit.

We provide psychometric testing on request.

All our candidates are referenced. We take four references and these include past employers, references from stakeholders such as Chartered Accountants and Lawyers and personal references.
