McGinley exhibits at CTP employment fairs in 2016

McGinley Support Services will attend several Career Transition Partnership (CTP) Employment Fairs this year, helping to connect the ex-Armed Forces with new employment opportunities in infrastructure.

The CTP Fairs provide unique opportunities to meet with recruiters in a number of infrastructure sectors specifically looking to find service leavers with the skilled understanding that these positions require. For example, those with a background in rail and transport may well benefit from companies promoting rail jobs at the events.

As well as the chance to network, attendees will hear from industry representatives and employers in presentations designed to help them identify the career paths that match their qualifications and skillset. Attendees will be able to use this insight to help navigate new occupations and achieve career progression as they resettle into civilian life.

McGinley is pleased to be exhibiting at CTP Employment Fairs in 2016, where those who have since left the Armed Forces can research viable professions and enter the job market with over 50 organisations and companies that recognise the qualities that ex-service people can bring to the workforce.

This month kicks off the networking opportunity, with McGinley present at the East Midlands CTP Employment Fair in Lincolnshire on May 19 th .
