McGinley obtains Principal Contractors Licence (PCL)

McGinley Support Services is proud to announce that we have obtained a Trackside Principal Contractors Licence (PCL). This licence gives us the opportunity to act as a main contractor directly for Network Rail delivering infrastructure projects across the UK.

We are now amongst a handful of other suppliers who are able to undertake works as a Principal Contractor in accordance with all Network Rail’s policies, procedures, standards and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
