Vision and Values

McGinley Support Services Group vision & values demonstrate who we are and how we work together to achieve our common goals:

  • Create the best possible working environment for all our staff ensuring that they all can achieve their respective goals.
  • Identify and develop new and existing candidates in order to provide an outstanding service, whilst ensuring that all candidates feel valued.
  • Provide existing and potential clients with a range of integrated human resource and support services, in order to develop new bespoke solutions to address core and flexible staffing needs throughout all of the markets we support and add value to our service offering.

Vision:

Our vision is to build a recruitment business under the brand name of 'McGinley Support Services? group delivering a cross section of recruitment, consultancy, training and support service activities in the Aerospace, Construction, Industrial, Public Sector and Railway markets.  Our business is focused on creating and developing various support related services which meet the needs of clients who design, build, maintain and operate the infrastructure, primarily within the UK and secondarily on an international basis. 

Values:

  • Unique: McGinley is a private and principally family owned business and we have a unique personality. As well as being a professional, ambitious and forward thinking organisation, at the same time we remain friendly and lively with a working environment that is enjoyed by our staff and remarked upon by our clients. We operate an open-door policy where managers at all levels are approachable and communication between colleagues & teams is encouraged. We also welcome ideas from our staff which may improve processes and procedures;
  • People: We acknowledge that our staff are our biggest asset and recognise that their contribution plays a key part in our success. We support our candidates by communicating regularly and constructively with them to ensure every worker is committed to their role, team and the client and are focused on achieving results. We also aspire for our candidates to enhance their skills through further training enabling them to progress in their careers;

Long term planning is valued throughout our business and helps us to succeed. Our strategic planning provides us with goals, keeps us focused on what is important and help us to deliver a high quality service;
  • Safety: We are synonymous with driving safety and compliance initiatives that ensure the wellbeing of our workforce.  In order to assist in this aim we developed a competency management system to ensure that each worker is fit for purpose and competent to fulfil the requirements of their deployment, whilst also being compliant with all regulations relating to their duties;
  • Deliverable Productivity: We always strive to match the expectations of clients and to improve on our capacity to deliver through innovation.  We provide ground breaking initiatives in the fields of operation, commercial, health & safety, worker development, compliance, environmental and sustainability. Consequently, the level of our delivery exceeds realistic expectations, resulting in increased productivity, improved safety and reduced costs for the client;
