We act in the capacity of an Employment Business, placing workers on a contract or temporary hired basis for which our customers pay us an hourly or unit rate, and secondly, in the capacity of a Employment Agency, placing candidates with our customers on a permanent basis for a placement fee.

In addition to our principle activities, we undertake consultancy, specialist package work, surveys and supply support equipment such as vehicles, tools, personal protective clothing etc. on a cost plus basis or built into our hourly or unit rates.

The company is presently bidding for a number of national and regional term agreements and supply contracts with a combined value of ?100m. In addition, we continue to ?pitch? for various contingency business.
With the increase in demand for compliance and ongoing assessments of personnel, we have seen a steady growth in our personnel supply to the Industrial Transportation sector e.g. airport, train operators and couriers. Our intention is to build these sectors over the next five years and support our business plan which will take the company to sales of circa ?120m by 2013.
