What we do

For us, recruiting staff on a permanent, contract or temporary basis or providing support services for customers in the private and public sectors involves commitment to the customer and the staff we engage, high levels of organisation and a practical approach.

 

We consult as much as possible with customers to learn about their businesses, it helps that many of our staff are formerly from the sectors that we serve and we always try and be proactive offering new ideas and concepts where we can. We'll quote fees and rates on a contingency basis for a single person or provide proposals for a much wider service. Entering into preferred arrangements or PSLs is commonplace for us and managed services are an option to maximise value for money.

 

To find the staff needed a number of sources or tools will be used including, allocating our own core staff and operative workforce, recommendations, social media, online or offline advertising and other forms of networking. Having been in these industries for 30 years we have a constant stream of people in contact with us because they know what we do and who our customers are. We have training programmes working continuously to ensure that the skills customers need are moving through our system, if we can get the opportunity we'll help customers plan forward with staff and workforce requirements to make sure HR and operational deadlines are met. If we are engaging contract or temporary staff or workers then our independent compliance unit will run a range of protocols to make sure our service remains safe and within statutory or regulatory frameworks. We also take time to manage the whole workforce to help improve loyalty and reliability which has a positive impact on customer service.

 

With 300 vehicles and a range of other support services, our internal staff are busy providing more than just recruitment, they have to adapt to change and move quickly to match customers' needs so around 80% of them are customer facing to make sure the job is done.

 

When it comes to the billing cycle, we can invoice you a transaction at a time, self bill or pre-agree formatted applications collating charges into costing references, order numbers or whatever makes it more efficient for the customer. We are known for our open book approach offering transparent cost based options and will share information freely for the benefit of the ongoing service.

 

Our aim is to bring recruitment products to customers with added value and provide convenience, speed, reliability and safety assurance, improving efficiency and lowering costs.
