McGinley Recruitment Services currently provide numerous Anti-Graffiti teams to Network Rail in Kent containing some or all of the following competencies: ES, Track Chargeman, Coss, Handsignalman, Lookout, Trackman / Painter.

McGinley work closely with Network Rail to scope work and meet targets. We currently supply gangs of between 4 and 12 depending upon the possession and workload.

This will typically include:

• 1 x ES / TCM
• 1 x COSS / TCM
• 1 x Lookout
• 2 -8 x Trackman / Painters

The TCM is responsible for ensuring that the planned work is completed and appropriate evidence is collated and returned to the client ie. Photographs and activity reports

The Key factors for the success of this work are:

• Accurate scoping and planning ensuring time on site is maximised and the correct no. of staff are utilised
• Trained, reliable workforce who carry out daily requirements in a safe, efficient manner
• Feedback cycle through activity reports and photographic evidence. This also provides explanation where work couldn?t be done or if further access is required

The current rates charged are at DMA rates with an additional charge of ?25 per shift per 4-seater van. MRS can supply Paint, Plant and Materials which will be signed off and invoiced to Network Rail.
