During the coldest period of the Year what you and your teams have achieved, on what was a massive site, is truly superb.

Commitment, professionalism, dedication and sheer determination to succeed were key to the achievement.

I cannot name all of the individuals involved but please pass on my thanks to all of those people who contributed to the execution of the works.

?Well it?s done!!   and what a job  6542 yds of relaying in ten days I would like to thank personally the support and back up that McGinley gave to us during the blockade without this we would have struggled, so credit to all those involved it was a times very difficult due to communication issues but fair to say we came through the ES and Assistants were very professional  also the track staff were a credit to your business due to the difficulty?s in the tunnel never complained once also please can I make  special thanks to Andy Holtom, Derek McNeil, and Lee Hartnup  these guys kept the wheels moving while trying to do the job as well.

So all please take credit and be proud of what we have all done here?s till the next one may be next Christmas!!!?

?I can verify that during the periods of time that I have dealt with McGinleys in Scotland both on and off track I have had no areas of concern whatsoever.  The labour provided has always been the best of calibre. We refused to use labour from another supplier due to inconsistencies, McGinleys took these same men onto their books and the men have been fantastic. Their labour is always trained to our standard requirements and beyond and my supervisors continue to comment on how good the McGinley men are in Scotland.

I deal particularly with Jamie Zineldan from the Scottish office and have always found Jamie and his team very approachable, eager to help and quick at addressing any issues if they ever arise. The finance part of the business did take a little while to get into shape but we are now working side by side and I can happily say payments and invoicing are at 100%.

McGinley is now a preferred supplier to Babcock Rail and will continue to be so for many a year to come. Alongside one more supplier in Scotland I will not look anywhere else for labour before coming to these guys first and there is not much they cannot cover. I would recommend McGinley to any similar business to ours?.

?I just want to say Thank you for all the hard work you have put into to helping us with our Contingent Labour supply for LNE & MAC ASPRO project and E & P Isolation work, LNW South ASPRO project work, Isolations and Project Development work, LNW North ASPRO project isolation work, Western E & P survey walkouts and Site Management and other Contingent labour supply for Southampton W10, and SE ASPRO project work.

It seems a long time since I first had the introduction meeting with you in January this year and the roll out of the new Contingent Labour frameworks has made a big difference to helping us deliver our projects.  There have been some teething issues in which we have worked hard to resolve and that comes down to trust and teamwork. (Especially Southampton W10). 

I am really looking forward to working with you in 2010 to develop our good business relationship further and to develop your portfolio within Enhancements ? and give you more opportunities nationally.

?McGinley Construction Recruitment has been providing Miller Construction with temporary hire resources for a period in excess of ten years. The main resource supplied on a regular basis has been general labourers and cleaning staff, but other resources provided include selected tradesmen and security staff.

We value the importance of working in partnership with other organisations and an effective approach to partnering has been demonstrated by McGinley's Area Manager, Kevin Whalin. In particular, Kevin values the importance of effective communication, helping us build up effective working relationships which are carried forward to follow-on projects.

In addition to taking the time to identify our needs and actively source suitable individuals to fill the positions required, McGinley can also react positively when our requirements change at short notice.

Kevin also shows honesty when suitable resources cannot be obtained (due to time restraints, geographical factors, etc) allowing us to make adequate contingency arrangements.

?I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance at the Motherwell College Project over the past 2.5 years. Time after time, when we required suitably qualified labour, McGinley's and yourself personally were able to assist.

The important fact for myself personally, leading a team responsible for the construction of a new ?46M education facility, is that all members of the team must feel that they too can also rely on you to be reactive, whilst providing the right quality of construction staff. This is something which both you and company can be proud of, and I hope that this level of service and quality of labour provision can continue well into the foreseeable future.
