In addition to traditional staff recruitment which we undertake nationally from our head office, and in recognition of specific shortages in various sectors of the industry, McGinley has developed a customer service team that focuses on identifying, selecting and deploying Graduates from around the world to work for companies within the UK.

Through our relationship with our clients, we have been able to identify those universities which produce graduates, whose skills and disciplines best match the client?s needs.  We manage the whole selection process and engage with the Immigration Service to manage the graduate?s entry to the UK before deploying them to the client, while providing the candidate with access to suitable accommodation and an introduction to the location in which he or she will be based.

The benefit to the client is clear: McGinley is able to secure large numbers of staff to ensure that motivated candidates, who possess the essential knowledge necessary for them to make an impact on the client?s business, satisfy a fundamental element of whatever workload a client may have.
Currently, this process is enjoying great success with our construction clients, but we are able to demonstrate that the process will add value wherever there is a personnel need that a graduate might satisfy.
