McGinley were the first employment business to be awarded Signatory Status to BAA Airports. This is in recognition of our professional business philosophy and compliance with BAA security protocols and adherence to the Department for Transport Standards ‘Aviation and Maritime Act 1990’. Having refined our processes for each airport we know exactly what is required to get someone working with security clearance whether its landside or airside. This service is now available for all airports. This builds on our long association with UK airports providing staff and operatives to consultancies and building and civil engineering companies for the construction, upgrading and maintenance of airport infrastructure both landside and airside. When construction work is complete the McGinley Industrial service covers a wide variety of temporary, contract and full time staff from drivers, maintenance labour trades and supervisors to Passenger Service Agents and Ramp personnel. Our dedicated Airport consultants and operational staff based at Heathrow, Cardiff and Manchester are all equipped with the necessary knowledge and training to take care of all that is required to keep your airports moving. In addition, our on-site staff are constantly present at each airport to help keep things running smoothly. Currently we are supplying staff to Heathrow, Bristol and Manchester airports with a daily allocation of between 300 - 500 staff per day.
