We are a family business, owned by four siblings. Our values are simply based on what you might expect from any family; being honest and respectful, looking out for each other, including everyone in what’s happening, encouraging all to do their best, working hard and achieving more for the next generation. Like any set of values, nothing stands alone; they are all interwoven and all important.

We are honest and fair with our workforce, staff and clients. We operate to the highest ethical standards and are fully transparent in our business dealings. We take commitment seriously and the importance of making and Keeping a promise to anyone is a core business principle.

Respect

We seek to understand others, are sensitive to needs and we build trust along the way. We recognise the value of every individual impacting our business from the workforce through staff to our clients and behave accordingly towards every stakeholder and each other.

Safety

We want to safeguard everyone involved in our business. Maintaining high levels of safety, health and wellbeing for our workforce, staff and clients is part of the fabric of what we do. In striving forward, we know how important it is to keep investing and reducing risk further.

Inclusion

We believe everyone should have the same life chances. We treat all individuals within our workforce, staff and the wider community as equals and strongly pursue the principles of diversity and inclusion, taking positive action where we can to make a difference.

Endeavour

We work hard for our clients so we are all successful together and failure is not an option. Our staff and workforce are all expected to play their part, work together with a teamwork spirit and be accountable and responsible for outcomes.                                

Improvement

We have to continuously develop. Our consistent drive to train and up skill our workforce and staff improves their economic potential and allows us to leave something behind. We are open minded and actively encourage evolution in the way we operate in response to change.
