Plant Operator - Long-Term Contract with Training Provided

Location: West London
Contract Type: Long-term (potential for permanent position)
Pay: £19.41 for first 39 hours, £29.12 for all hours after that (minimum 50 hours a week)

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator with a solid background in operating heavy machinery to join our team on a long-term basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of plant equipment to support groundwork and construction projects. In addition, full training in paving and surface laying will be provided, offering an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and progress within the company.

This will be a very long term contract role for the right person.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating heavy plant (excavators, rollers, dumpers, or similar)

  • Valid CPCS Blue card

  • Strong understanding of site safety and teamwork

  • Willingness to learn paving and surfacing techniques
