We are currently recruiting for an experienced Section Foreman with a strong background in earthworks to join our team on a major infrastructure project.

🔍 Requirements:

  • Gold CSCS Card
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • ✅ Proven experience managing earthworks and groundworks crews
  • ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
  • ✅ Full UK driving licence (preferred)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all earthworks operations including excavation, compaction, muck shifting, and sub-base installation
  • Lead site teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works
  • Liaise with engineers and site management to ensure work is delivered to specification and programme
  • Enforce strict health & safety practices, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure PPE compliance
  • Monitor progress and productivity, keeping records and reporting daily to site management
  • Manage plant, labour, and materials effectively on site
