We are currently looking for Concrete structure supervisor FRC to join HS2 site based in Offchurch, near Leamington Spa.

DUTIES:
* Overseeing concrete structure building and installation, looking after gang of plant operatives and concrete operatives.


* Make sure the coordination of and communication between all parts of the operation team including suppliers, subcontractors, engineering, safety and environmental team and client's team.

* Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements; identify training requirements, review the performance of the workforce and ensure delivery of briefings.


Required: CSCS Blue Card/CSCS Gold Card, SSSTS

START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 3-5 years
SHIFT: Mon - Fri 07:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday (1 hr break each day)
RATE: £21.25 ph PAYE
Overtimes at x1.33 in a week over 10 hours per day and at x1.5 over the weekend
Additional benefits: 30 days holiday entitlement per year, pension scheme, fully branded PPE, HS2 induction, safety critical medical (when required).

Successful candidates will need to pass drug and alcohol test and provide valid rights to work in UK.
