McGinley are seeking experienced and dedicated Groundworkers to join our civils gang on a major infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to work on a variety of tasks in a dynamic team environment. The successful candidates will play a vital role in delivering high-quality groundwork for key construction and civil engineering projects.

Start Date: January

Duaration: Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general groundwork duties, including excavation, backfilling, and site preparation.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including completing risk assessments.
• Work collaboratively with the civils gang to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a groundworker, ideally within a civils gang or similar environment.
• CSCS Blue card (essential).
• Confined spaces certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to site needs.
