McGinley are seeking experienced Groundworkers to join our team in Winchester and contribute to the successful delivery of a high-quality construction project. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to prepare construction sites and ensure projects run smoothly.

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: Ongoing long term project

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker in the construction industry.
• Competency in drainage, concrete finishing, and operating plant machinery (preferred).
• Valid Blue CSCS card (essential).
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
