McGinley are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with PVM certification to join our team for night shift work on major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drainage, excavation, reinstatement, and general groundwork. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Start date: 03/03/2025

Duration: Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Work safely on night shift projects, ensuring compliance with PVM and site safety standards.
• Assist in the installation of underground utilities, including water, gas, and electrical ducts.
• Ensure work areas are prepared, materials are moved efficiently, and sites are kept tidy.

Requirements:

• PVM certification (Mandatory for night shift work)
• CSCS card (Essential)
• Experience in drainage, excavation, and groundwork
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, particularly for night shifts
