M&E Contracts Manager
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum

We have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a growing M&E contractor with a varied portfolio of projects, covering commercial, education and healthcare. This role is based out of Cannock, Staffordshire with travel required throughout the region to visit projects when required.
As a result of the increased workbook, they are looking for an additional Contracts Manager to oversee and manage multiple M&E contracts throughout the surrounding areas.
You will also be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to required standards, time and cost. You will also be liaising with clients and site staff to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and deliverables agreed upon.
You should have a demonstrable background working as an M&E Contracts Manager and ideally hold previous industrial project experience. You should hold relevant management qualifications and either a mechanical or electrical trade qualification.
There is an additional car allowance associated to this role as well as potential annual bonus related to company performance.
