McGinley Support Services are looking for a M&E Building Maintenance Engineer for a mobile role in the London Borough of Bexley.
As this is a mobile role, a full UK Drivers License is required.

Role - We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced M&E Maintenance and Small Works Engineer to join our dedicated Planned Preventative Maintenance team on our contract for London Borough of Bexley.
The role will have responsibility undertaking planned and reactive maintenance across the Borough of Bexley ensuring that health and safety compliance is maintained at all times on sites and work locations. Your role will be to make sure the assets are maintained to a high standard and you will have the ability to respond to reactive repairs and carry out routine repairs.
Ensuring KPI's are met & jobs are completed within priority and on budget and managing quality control of engineers and sub-contractors.
*Mechanical - NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2&3
*A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
*Able to work as part of a team or lone working
*Good communication skills
*Client facing and Presentable
*Understanding of SFG20
*Any further qualifications (i.e. Electrical or Air Conditioning etc)
*Experience working in a Commercial Office
*Water treatment (L8)
The works will involve works on the following assets:
*Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
*Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
*Chillers - Re-set
*Water Treatment (Temperature check )
*BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
*General building fabric
