McGinley looking for an experienced Plant & Vehicle Marshall to join our team on a busy construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site access, directing plant and vehicle movements, and ensuring strict health & safety compliance on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Directing and coordinating the safe movement of heavy plant and construction vehicles
✔ Controlling site access and vehicle entry/exit points
✔ Assisting drivers and operators with safe manoeuvres and positioning
✔ Communicating effectively with site management and operatives to maintain smooth site logistics
✔ Enforcing health & safety procedures and ensuring PPE compliance

Requirements:

✅ CPCS or NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshall Ticket (Essential)
✅ Previous experience in a similar role on construction sites
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
✅ Knowledge of site traffic management and safety regulations
✅ Safety Critical Medical (Preferred but not essential)
