McGinley Support Services are actively recruiting for an up and coming commercial management consultancy in the rail industry. Our client is seeking several Quantity Surveyors/Commercial Managers to support current and future commercial management opportunities including a Network Rail framework lasting 5 years.
This exciting company is also looking to expand into other sectors including; Water, Aviation, Highways, Energy, etc.
Suitable candidates must have;
Quantity Surveying qualification or related degree
5 or more years relevant railway experience
Professional qualification desired or working towards APC
Procurement, cost planning, estimating and post contract skills
Understanding of project management, planning, risk and investment
Good understanding of project management, planning, risk and investment
Good understanding of railway and construction forms of contract
Good knowledge of costs, AFC, forecasts and reporting
Ability to work independently and be flexible with workload
The roles are based throughout various locations including; London, Midlands, South West, South East and Thames Valley.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) Plus full benefits (Pension, Healthcare package, car allowance, employee benefits scheme, discretionary bonus)
Location: Anywhere in the South of England (Birmingham or below)
Start Date: Soon as possible (taking into consideration notice periods)
