Our client, a market leader in building sustainable and precision-built homes based in Nottinghamshire, is looking for a Site Painter on a permanent and full time employed basis.

You will work as part of a team conducting finishing works on modular built houses; giving the interior of the entire house it's final coat, general snagging lists and painting over connecting boards put in by joiners.

We are particularly looking for individuals who can think on their feet, to be able to solve problems as and when they occur. Being able to assist with other trades will also be expected when there is no painting work to be conducted.

You will be working as part of a team of 4 tradespeople made up of Joiners, Tape & Jointers and Site Painters. You will be required to work on various sites, which will sometimes include working away from home, with all accommodation, food and other expenses covered.

Pay rates - 25k-28k/annum

To succeed as a Site Painter in this role you will need:
-CSCS Card
-Previous experience working on construction sites that we can reference
-UK Driver License
