McGinley are seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall / Gatesman to join our team on a busy construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians while maintaining security and access control on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing traffic and ensuring safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians
• Controlling site access and logging deliveries/visitors
• Communicating effectively with drivers, site personnel, and management
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Keeping the entrance and surrounding area safe and clear of obstructions
• Assisting with general site duties when required

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent)
• CSCS card Essential
• Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
