McGinley are seeking an experienced Working Ganger to lead a team on culvert installation and maintenance projects. This role requires hands-on supervision, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will oversee drainage and culvert works, coordinate and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

START DATE: 17TH MARCH

DURATION: ONGOING

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work alongside a team carrying out culvert installation.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure team compliance with site regulations.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications for drainage and culvert work.
• Organise materials, machinery, and workforce efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with site engineers, managers, and other trades.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure precision and durability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Ganger or Supervisor on drainage/culvert projects.
• Strong knowledge of culvert construction, drainage, and groundwork operations.
• Ability to read and work from drawings.
• CSCS card (Gold/Blue) required. SSSTS or SMSTS is essential
• Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
