We're looking for an organised and dependable Administrator to join our Watford Head Office team. This hub-based role supports our Recruitment Consultants, Resourcers and Team Leaders with the day-to-day administration that keeps everything running smoothly and compliantly.
You'll be a key point of contact, helping manage communications, maintaining accurate records and supporting both our internal teams and workforce.
Providing general administrative support across recruitment and resourcing teams
Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries
Communicating with the workforce via SMS and email
Supporting timesheets, payroll and billing processes
Assisting with worker queries, including pay-related issues
Helping coordinate support services such as PPE, training, medicals and accommodation
Raising purchase orders and checking delivery notes and invoices
Keeping accurate records across internal systems
Essential
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
ICT literate with good attention to detail
GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Level 2 or above
Desirable
Previous admin or customer service experience, ideally within recruitment or HR
Experience using CRM or recruitment systems
