We're looking for a detail-driven Bid Co-ordinator to join our team at our Watford Head Office. This is a critical role supporting the wider business development function, coordinating and producing high-quality bid and proposal submissions that help drive future growth.
You'll manage the bid process end-to-end, ensuring proposals are compliant, professionally presented and submitted on time, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Monitoring incoming bid opportunities via portals, emails and internal requests
Coordinating and producing compliant proposals (RFI, PQQ, ITT, RFP and similar)
Managing bid timelines, document control and version management
Coordinating input from sales, marketing, finance, commercial, legal and delivery teams
Ensuring all submissions meet branding, formatting and quality standards
Reviewing content for structure, flow, language and grammar
Consolidating multiple inputs into a single, polished submission
Maintaining and managing master bid documentation
Essential
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to demanding deadlines
Strong written communication and document management skills
Advanced MS 365 skills
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities

Academic background
APMP qualification
Experience producing compliant bid or proposal documents in a complex business environment
Knowledge of document templates, styles and macros
