Our business is expanding since securing the largest cluster of CP6 lots from Network Rail; to provide 100% supply of all PTS Safety Critical competencies, PTS civils, PTS off-track works (inc. vegetation and drainage), Signalling & Telecoms and Professional & Technical grades across the North West, Central & West Coast Mainline South and throughout Wessex.

We have created a new role; CP6 Account Director, to lead 3 regional teams based in Wessex, Rugby, and Manchester (with access to our Watford Head Office), who will be responsible for the overall relationship, delivery, and service to Network Rail and the CP6 corporate account, including overall financial performance.

As the CP6 Account Director, you will ensure that all account management roles are undertaken to meet customer requirements and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions.

To achieve this, you will balance the personal undertaking of a range of tasks associated with account management with leadership and the motivation of others to perform their own roles to the required standard.

About you…
You will have significant management experience of complex major corporates and can demonstrate a clear understanding of the rail sector i.e., the workforce involved in the civil engineering structural construction, plus a proven track record in planning, programming, project management, and problem resolution. We are open to hearing from applicants from both recruitment and or technically heavy backgrounds, however, a suitable exposure to both would be advantageous.
