Fleet Management Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fleet Management Coordinator to play a strategic role in our fleet utilisation, and to undertake the organization and coordination of a fleet of circa 250 vehicles.

Your role as a Fleet Management Coordinator…
As Fleet Management Coordinator you will be empowered to provide an internal service to the company by undertaking a range of fleet-related tasks within a structured and time-critical environment.
You will be responsible for successfully optimising our transportation operations which may include selecting vehicles; hiring, and training; and overseeing vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
You will be FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) certified, or willing to undertake training to become FORS certified, as we believe this will reduce road risk and environmental impact, boost the performance of our transport operation and help meet the requirements of the FORS Standard.
As Fleet Management Coordinator you will maximise driver safety and fleet efficiency by monitoring and measuring driver behaviour, MPG & CO2 emissions per vehicle, track vehicles on road % vs. off road %, the ratio of vehicle numbers to average unique workers by account, and the ratio of maintenance events to vehicle numbers.
