What are we looking for from our new HR Assistant?
You will manage all essential HR administration tasks; including starter and leaver processes, letters and contracts, updating personnel records, training administration, work experience and apprenticeship support, assisting with management reports, and pension administration.

This role creates a bridge of communication, information flow, and data management between the employees and the company. You will be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries, resolving matters and signposting where appropriate.

You will also be required to support the HR Director with the development and implementation of projects, and support CSR Manager in delivering the overarching company Corporate Social Responsibility strategy for the business.
