What are we looking for from our new Labour CoOrdinator?
Solid experience of managing a workforce ideally from the Construction Infrastructure industry.
A proven successful history in candidate attraction (ideally safety critical roles).
To be assertive, driven, charismatic and professional.
Someone to take part in forecasting exercises to help predict your future placement numbers and revenue streams.
A flair for developing and managing customer and candidate relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills.
A dedicated approach, as well as being determined to succeed and maximise your earnings.
Genuine interest in the Infrastructure market.
Exceptional communication skills.
Creative and analytical thinker.
A strong digital presence and skill-set across multiple channels.
