About the role...

As our interim Marketing Communications Manager (maternity leave cover, possibly leading to a permanent role) you will manage the delivery of B2B and B2C marketing and brand management across acquisition, content marketing, engagement, CRM, corporate social responsibility, and lead generation.



We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to not only increase the reach and impact of our brand through the delivery of an already effective marketing & communications strategy but to also feel empowered to offer fresh insight and to implement game-changing ideas.



You will take ownership of the full marketing mix including digital media, advertising, content, business & social media, events, e-communications, and managing websites, analytics and SEO.



As Marketing Communications Manager, you will be working especially closely with our Bids & Marketing Director, HR Director, and several Account Directors and Recruitment Managers on winning contracts, delivering services, and enabling the business to be the best workforce supplier in the industry.



We hope you will also enjoy collaborating with our dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to enhance awareness of the many projects and initiatives we are so proud to be a part of, including; Homelessness, Ex-Offenders, and Armed Forces Programmes, as well as STEM Women, Disability awareness and BAME community initiatives, plus many more.
