We're looking for an experienced 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Watford Head Office. This role focuses on sourcing, placing and managing candidates to meet existing customer requirements, generating revenue through effective recruitment delivery rather than new business sales.
You'll manage candidate relationships, oversee an active workforce and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure roles are filled compliantly and efficiently.
Managing live vacancies and placing suitable candidates into roles
Sourcing candidates through a range of channels and processing applications
Shortlisting, interviewing and presenting candidates to customers
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy to placement
Handling onboarding, compliance, payroll and billing processes
Making repeat placements to support continuity and reduce attrition
Managing an active workforce and supporting day-to-day workforce issues
Maintaining accurate records across CRM and recruitment systems
Working collaboratively with Resourcers, Administrators and Team Managers
Essential
Previous recruitment experience in a delivery or 180 role
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
ICT literate with experience using recruitment or CRM systems
GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Level 2 or above
Desirable
Experience within a customer-focused or sales-driven environment
Knowledge of infrastructure, construction or similar sectors
Relevant recruitment, sales or HR qualifications
