About the role

We're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Watford Head Office team. This is a full lifecycle role, responsible for winning new business, developing customer relationships and placing candidates into roles that deliver sustainable revenue and long-term partnerships.

You'll manage both the sales and delivery side of recruitment, building strong relationships with customers and candidates while overseeing an active workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities

  • Building and managing customer relationships

  • Negotiating rates and agreeing terms and conditions

  • Securing vacancies and service orders

  • Sourcing, screening and placing candidates

  • Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

  • Overseeing onboarding, compliance, payroll and billing processes

  • Making repeat placements to support continuity and reduce turnover

  • Managing an active workforce and resolving issues as they arise

  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM and recruitment systems

  • Working collaboratively with Resourcers, Administrators and Team Managers

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role

  • Strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills

  • Confident communicator with a professional approach

  • Well organised, resilient and target driven

  • ICT literate with experience using recruitment or CRM systems

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Level 2 or above

Desirable

  • Experience within infrastructure, construction or similar sectors

  • Sales, recruitment or HR qualifications

  • Membership of a relevant professional body
