What are we looking for from our new Recruitment Resourcer?
Solid experience as a Rail and/or Construction industry Resourcer or Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant.
A proven successful history in candidate attraction (ideally safety-critical roles).
To be assertive, driven, charismatic, and professional.
A flair for maintaining relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills.
A dedicated approach, as well as being determined to succeed and maximise your earnings.
Genuine interest in the Infrastructure market.
Exceptional communication skills.
Creative and analytical thinker.
A strong digital presence and skill-set across multiple channels.
