About the role

We're looking for a proactive Resourcer to join our Watford Head Office team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting and processing candidates to support live recruitment requirements, ensuring a consistent pipeline of suitable applicants for our Recruitment Consultants.

You'll play a key role in supporting delivery, improving speed to placement and helping drive revenue by keeping candidate pipelines strong and active.

What you'll be doing

  • Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand candidate requirements

  • Sourcing candidates through databases, advertising, social media and targeted campaigns

  • Writing, placing and adapting job adverts across different channels

  • Re-engaging former workers for potential placements

  • Managing and developing candidate groups and talent pools

  • Processing applications and maintaining accurate candidate records

  • Supporting Right to Work and ID checks where required

  • Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates

  • Measuring and reviewing campaign performance for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Experience in resourcing, recruitment or a fast-paced candidate-focused role

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confident using databases, CRM systems and digital sourcing tools

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work to targets

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Level 2 or above

Desirable

  • Previous experience in recruitment of rail and/or construction workers, or civil engineers and infrastructure professionals

  • Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems

  • Experience resourcing across multiple roles or locations
