Our business is expanding, and we have created a new role for someone to be accountable for the growth, development, and management of Support Services & Works business streams, including oversight of all OLE, S&T, Welding/Burning/Grinding, and Project Works.

You will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to multiple clients, framework contracts, and individual projects, and create strategies around this.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Director to take responsibility for creating and hitting targets to increase sales opportunities, revenue, NFL, and Operating Contribution from each relationship by supporting the senior manager(s) in each of the business units.

About you…

You will have taken the lead to identify existing and or new potential markets, understood your competitor's position, and set targets for market share with each business unit under your remit.

Been responsible for the overall delivery of service to customers, and create strategies to ensure growth in each account year on year.

You will have had a full understanding of the requirements of all contracts, worked closely with each business unit Manager to mentor, support, and grow within their roles. Previously deputised for or held Operations Director as and when needed, and performed any other duties as and when it was required.

We are looking for someone who can create an environment that responds to and manages customer expectations.
