We have opportunities for Assistant Construction Managers to join a busy asset management department of major rail organisation on contract.
This role will primarily be office based in the East Midlands area with occasional travel to other sites on LNE/East Coast line.
Duties will include dealing with third party contractors, reviewing work plans, ensuring third party contractor works are planned to required standards and risks are mitigated.
Successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of construction work in railway environment. You will have knowledge of safe work planning and access planning, plus ability to liaise with contractors to co-ordinate planning of work. Valid PTS, COSS would be required, ES would be desirable.
