A Part-Time (4 days a week) Business Administrator is required for a long term contract opportunity (12 months) supporting the team on a major Gas Storage facility in Cheshire.
You will be responsible for administration support to the team consisting, but not limited to;
- Document Control
- Updating MS Excel Spreadsheets/Pivot Tables
- Updating HSE reports
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business
Successful candidate will have experience of document control, using various EDMS. You will have some experience of maintaining spreadsheets/pivot tables. Excellent business administration skills and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS office based systems.
This role has been determined inside IR35.
