We're looking for a driven Employee Relations specialist, who can provide a localised service across the North West route, broadly spanning from Carlisle in the North to Crewe in the South. Are you an experienced Employee Relations Advisor with opportunity, innovation and people at its heart

Or perhaps you are in a Human Resources Business Partner looking to focus on Employee Relations as part of your development plan? You might even be a Human Resources Business Partner Support with excellent Employee Relations knowledge looking for your next career move? Or simply have a passion for customer service and doing the right thing. We are flexible on location across the route, as long as you are willing to travel

HR Advisor - Employee Relations
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Manchester Square One - Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week - flexible within reason - potential to work from home 2 days per week in the future
IR35: In scope
Pay Rate to Candidate: £275 per day Umbrella or £209.19 per day PAYE
Minimum Requirement:
*A proven track record in a previous HR Advisory role, in particular experience of dealing with numerous and highly complex Employee Relations cases, up to and including Tribunal stage across a number of organisation functions within a large complex organisation.
*Demonstrates strong commercial approach and understanding of business needs and risk.
*Experience of development and delivery of manager up-skilling both individually and through workshops/formal development interventions.
*Up to date Employment Law knowledge and practical application of legislation.
*Passionate about customer service and delivering professional HR support to the business.
*Capability to establish professional credibility quickly.
*Experience of coaching and influencing line managers and senior business leaders.
*Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
*Ability to travel and work across a geographical area covering numerous locations.
*Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
*Experience of working within a Unionised environment.
*Resilient, Adaptable and Flexible.
*CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a broad spectrum of managers with varying levels of capability.
