We have a great opportunity for a proven workforce planning & capability manager to join a major rail organisation on an initial 6 month contract, based in Milton Keynes.
This role will be working on IT roles, working with a new competency framework to create development plan for each role and give employees opportunities to grow into other roles within the business.
This role will incorporate competency framework, headcount management, training needs, workforce planning and liaising with internal colleagues on training and resourcing management.
Successful candidate will have proven experience of workforce planning, ideally working with the SFIA framework. Talent management and succession planning skills are also required for this role. Knowledge of IT roles would be advantageous but not essential.
This role has been determined inside IR35 regulations.
