Location: Cannock
£45,000 - £50,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance & Package

Job Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our client based in Staffordshire. Our client is a leading M&E Contractor that specialise in providing services for Commercial, Healthcare & Industrial projects. As Mechanical Contracts Manager you will be working on Commercial Projects in the Education and Healthcare sectors.

Your Role:

*Attend client and internal meetings from pre-contract, progress, commissioning to post contract.
*Management of multiple projects across the Healthcare, Hospital, Education sectors (typically £100K - £3.5M).
*Assist with design, lead the procurement process, and assist with surveying, oversee installations and commissioning processes.
*Oversee Health and Safety, site engineering staff and both supervisory staff / Sub Contractors.
*A good understanding of forms or Main and Sub Contract documents.
*Assist in finalising all accounts.

Your Experience:

*You will be working in the Construction industry as a Mechanical Contracts Manager
*Working as Mechanical Contracts Manager within a commercial contracting environment
*Experience working on Hospital or Health care projects, and Schools / College projects.
