Recruitment Administrator required for major rail organisation on initial 6 month contract. Possibility to be extended or potentially temp to perm. This role is remote based with occasional visit to local office in Central Manchester.
Duties will include managing the end to end offer process, manage vacancy lists, elicit requirements from hiring managers, chase up CV sifting and other various recruitment administration tasks.
Successful candidate will have a recruitment focused administrative experience, ideally from a shared services or RPO environment. Experience with engineering recruitment or trade union environments would be ideal. Excellent admin and organisational skills coupled with good communication skills would be required.
This role has been determined inside IR35.
