Electrician (Testing & Inspection) - 3-Week Contract

Location: Birmingham, Network Rail Infrastructure (Non-PTS)
Start Date: Tuesday 6th May 2025
Duration: 3 Weeks
Hours: 50 hours per week
Rate: Competitive (DOE)

We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician with Testing & Inspection experience for a short-term contract working on Network Rail infrastructure. This is a non-PTS role, but experience within the rail environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical testing and inspection to required standards.

  • Complete associated documentation and reports.

  • Ensure all work complies with current IET regulations and project specifications.

  • Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

  • 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualification.

  • JIB Gold Card or equivalent proof of competency.

  • Experience working on or around Network Rail infrastructure (non-PTS).

  • Ability to work 10-hour days, Monday to Friday.
