McGinley currently looking for Crane Controllers to join our teams for upcoming weekend shifts in the Cardiff area.

✅ Requirements:

• Valid Crane Controller ticket (Sentinel)

• PTS (Personal Track Safety) - must be in date

• Experience working in rail or construction environments

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

🎯 Duties:

• Safe and efficient control of lifting operations

• Coordinating with machine operators and on-site teams

• Ensuring all crane movements are executed in line with safety protocols

• Logging and reporting any incidents or near misses
