New Entrant Skilled Track Operative

McGinley is currently recruiting for a Skilled Track Operative Bootcamp programme in partnership with Intertrain starting in Birmingham on the 14/10/2024. This comprehensive 8-week course is your gateway to a thriving career in rail, offering:
Real Work Placements:
After completing the course, eligible candidates will be placed in real work placements with McGinley on various projects in the Birmingham area.
Training is face to face and will predominantly be held at Fairgate House, 205 Kings Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2AA however, once qualified, you will be working in the following locations: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Banbury and Worcester. As this job will require travel, candidates with full UK driving licenses will be prioritised. This is not essential but preferred.
Expected entry pay is £12 to £14 an hour
