McGinley are seeking an experienced and motivated Track Charge Man to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate track workers on-site.
• Monitor safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues during track works.
• Report progress and any issues to site management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in track work or rail construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Relevant certifications.
