We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor (ES) to join our team in Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. This role involves overseeing and coordinating engineering work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining efficient project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise engineering teams and contractors on-site.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain schedules.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise.

Requirements:

✔ Valid Engineering Supervisor (ES) competency.
✔ Previous experience in a similar supervisory role.
✔ Strong understanding of railway infrastructure and engineering processes.
✔ Ability to work midweek and weekend shifts as required.
✔ Own transport is essential due to site locations.
