Qualified MMA Welder

Somerset

We are looking for qualified MMA Welding staff to join our team supporting a project in Somerset.

The ideal candidate must hold an MMA 111 BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017 cert and have strong experience in MMA welding.

10 Hour shift pattern, 10 days on, 4 days off.

Accommodation can be provided along with travel allowances.

All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Welder.

Requirements:

  • Welding Process - MMA.
  • Standard - BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017(MMA 111)
  • Range of qualifications - ≥ 3mm.
  • Welding Position - Overhead.
  • Covering Butt and fillet welds.

Applicants must have at least one of the below certificates

  • Level 2 Welding Apprenticeship
  • An equivalent Apprenticeship in a Welding discipline
  • Level 2 Diploma in a Welding discipline or equivalent
  • Level 2 Certificate in Welding and Engineering Craft Studies
  • Chinese Diploma in Welding and Fabrication

Each successful candidate will be required to pass a welding test.
